How do I sign up for the 2025 Annual Educational Conference?
Vendor registration is available at the top of this page. Attendee registration will be available by July 2025.
How much does it cost to attend the 2025 Annual Educational Conference?
Members: $50
Non-Members: $100
Student Members: $10
Student N0n-Members: $25
To receive member pricing, please sign into your member account on our website prior to registering for the event. You can become a member or renew your membership dues immediately prior to registering for the conference.
Are there scholarships available for the conference?
Yes. There is one $150 scholarship for a member and one $100 scholarship for a student member. Both scholarships are for in-person attendees only.
Is the 2025 conference available virtually?
Yes, the meeting is available virtually. This option is live-only. You cannot watch the event for credit at a later date.
How do I access the virtual event lectures?
The meeting link will be sent to all registered attendees 8 - 24 hours prior to the event.
What time does the 2025 conference start/end?
The conference on Friday 10/10/25 will begin with registration/breakfast at 07:30A, and last lecture ends at 4:30P. All times are CST.
I see that the conference is at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Neenah. Can you provide more information about the venue?

Are meals provided at the conference?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and a light afternoon snack are provided. If you have dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, we recommend bringing your own food to ensure your safety.

Are there multiple tracks for the meeting this year?
No. There is one educational track this year offering a variety of topics.
I can only attend part of the day. Is that possible?
Yes. You must pay the full registration fee regardless of how many hours you plan to attend. We do not offer reduced fees for partial attendance.
In Person: Be sure to sign out on the attendance sheet when you need to leave for the day.
Virtual: Attendance will be noted during each lecture hour. You will receive credit for each lecture you attend.
I need to switch the attendance type that I indicated on my registration (in-person or virtual). What do I do?

Do I need to register for the conference to attend the annual business meeting virtually?
No. All members will have access to the annual business meeting on Friday October 10th, 2025. The meeting will be at 12:30 PM. A virtual meeting link will be sent to members 8 - 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you haven't paid your 2025 membership dues, please do so ASAP to get access to the meeting. Thank you for your support of the society!
Why is there a processing fee to pay for the event online?
The credit card fee is set by the club management company that we use to host our website. We are thankful for a secure way to collect and track payments online, and we chose the company that offered lowest cost for this feature.
I prefer to pay for the conference by check. Is that possible?
Yes. Although we prefer online payment, there is an option when you register to print an invoice and send a check via mail. Checks should be sent to Nicole Dorn @ 3437 Briarcrest Dr. Eau Claire, WI 54701. Checks need to be postmarked by 9/20/25 to allow for processing.
